Eric J. Lomas
Eric’s clients include owners, operators, lenders, developers, managers, brokers, institutional investors, and other not-for-profit entities.
In addition, the firm represents clients before state, and local governmental authorities, boards and agencies local zoning boards and planning boards, and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
We also represent numerous institutional lenders, including national and local institutional lenders, private lenders, pension funds, and banks. Our experience with these lending institutions also allows us to effectively represent borrowers and property owners in financing matters.
The firm real estate practice includes representation for clients in all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions, including:

• Obtain zoning, wetlands, subdivision, and other governmental approvals
• Structure and close construction, interim and permanent mortgage loan financings for lenders and borrowers
• Negotiate and close equity and mezzanine financings through structures such as joint ventures, syndications, and private placements
• Represent landlords and tenants in the negotiation and administration of leases for office, retail, industrial, and other properties
Eric is a member of the real estate bar association, the American Land title association and is a title insurance agent and producer for the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
